This short digital film was inspired by a small comic strip that was featured in AD Busters years ago. Alhough not a literal interpretation, its theme of paranoia and fear we're backbone to this idea. I can't help think of what Reagan (I know, I'm quoting Reagan?!?!) said while on stage with Gorbachev in 1988 "...we often forget how much unites all the members of humanity. I occasionally think how quickly our differences, worldwide, would vanish if we were facing an alien threat from outside this world." Okay. So I'm thinking about it. So are these characters. Everything up to post was done in six days and it took another six to edit in After Effects Pro, Soundtrack Pro, FCP and Compressor. The other reason for doing this is for a contest that I heard about and had three weeks to mull. I didn't decide on this idea until later than I wanted. We'll see what FOX thinks.
